class description
Two weeks of conditioning for the committed actor. This four-session class over two weeks provides rigorous and passionate exploration of the ‘Triangle of Acting: Story, Emotion, and Focus’. Expertly designed to push artistic and professional growth for every level of actor.
Film or Theatre scenes that challenge you to artistic growth are assigned in advance.
Class One: story analysis: first read of prepared scenes
Class Two: emotional preparation: grounding the scene
Class Three: focal analysis: blocking the scene/unblocking the actor
Class Four: performance
PREREQUISITES
Actors taking the Capetown Weekend Audition Intensive must have a current membership of the ONLINE FOUNDRY (first month is free...register at www.actorsfoundry.com/online-classes)

Cancellations will be accepted only up to 30 days prior to the start of the class. Cancellations must be notified in writing within this time frame. There is a $50 processing fee on each cancellation. Cancellations that are made after 30 days before the start of the class are non refundable.
