An intensive four-week, on-camera workout for the professional actor.
Scenes and scene partners assigned on the first day.
WEEK ONE:
scene analysis: the rules of story and story structure are applied to
your scenes
WEEK TWO: emotional preparation:
grounding the scene
WEEK THREE: rehearsal: blocking the
scene/unblocking the actor
WEEK FOUR: performance: filming the
scenes

Prerequisite: a PROFESSIONAL dedication to acting.
The
Actor's Foundry has an open auditing policy. Auditors are always
welcome (and encouraged) at any of the weekly scene study classes;
there is no fee and there is no need to check in beforehand. We only
ask that you be there on time so as to not interrupt class once it
starts.
